Privacy Policy (General)
Effective date: July 19, 2026. This is a general privacy policy for our website and early-stage products. As products evolve, we may update this policy.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the “SMS / text messages” section below.
SMS / text messages
Pods sends one-time verification codes by text message when you enter your own mobile number in the app to sign up, sign in, recover access on a new device, or confirm account deletion. By entering your number and requesting a code, you consent to receive that verification SMS from Pods.
- No sharing of mobile numbers. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers the code on our behalf (currently Twilio), solely to send it to you.
- Message frequency. These are transactional, on-demand messages — you receive an SMS only when you request a verification code, so frequency depends on your own activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out / help. Reply STOP to any message to stop verification texts; reply HELP for help, or email josiah.ruelas@fallen-rock.com.
Retention & security
- We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you’ve provided, where applicable.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

- Verification codes are personal — do not share them with anyone.

- Breaking the law or infringing the rights of others
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Harassing others or sending unsolicited, deceptive, or harmful content
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to store your data and sync it to your own devices and to the podmates you choose to share with.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fallen Rock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the service at any time; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account from within the app at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
